What do I do about my dodge neon; the sunroof won't close?

I'm not going to be very happy when it starts raining!

Check the rails. They could be jammed. Check the fuse and replace if blown. The only other reasonable failure points are the switch and the motor. If you're familiar with the use of a multimeter, you might be able to make the diagnosis. If not, take it to yoru dealership.

This is probably an issue with the wiring of the sunroof. You will need to check the wiring and buttons to ensure they are working properly. Most power sunroofs are equipped with a manual closing option. The tool and instructions should be included with the owner's manual. In the meantime cover the car with a rainproof car cover.

Probably it's an overused sunroof. Too much love of sun and wind on your hair I'd say. Simply check it's side rails. See if there's something blocking. If it's electric operated it might be a loose electrical contact. You might as well check it out if it's cool driving wet if you can't afford to have it fixed.
