Will counseling help feelings of jealousy and insecurity?

Yes it does in most cases. It helps to tell all of your problems to a third party that is not bias and who legally cannot tell anyone what you told them. After some counseling you should be able to deal with these feelings a lot better and you will feel so better.

Counseling can help with jealousy and insecurity if the person is will to admit to these uneasy feelings. lack of honesty just forces these feelings to come out in other unpredictable ways. It is normal for everyone to feel these feelings from time to time. Prolonged feeling merit help and search for the reason for the continued feeling.

Yes. It will help you feel good about yourself and have you be more secure. Jealousy is another thing. Counseling may work and it may not. However, you always should give it a try,

Counselors are trained in dealing with several different issues. They can see why you feel this way and give you tools and steps on how to fix it. It would be very wise to seek help for these issues.
