A female dog will most likely not be receptive to a male. Females are only receptive to males when they are in heat.

Usually, no. Females are usually receptive only when they are "in heat," which roughly relates to a menstrual cycle. A pregnant dog should not be in such a cycle. There could be exceptions. Also it's possible that in the first day or two of a pregnancy, the female is still receptive.

Not usually. Once a female dog is out of heat she won't want to breed again. She will be especially grumpy if she is pregnant.
