Why won't Windows load in the safe mode?

The windows files might be corrupted which prevents it from loading even in the safe mode. It can be corrected by repairing windows by inserting the boot CD.

This could be caused by several things. Try the 'Last known good configuration' option and if that doesn't work, you may need to perform a repair install.

Following are the Reasons windows won't load on the Safe Mode 1. The System would have attacked by Virus. The Virus world have Corrupted the System Registry, Safe Mode and Restore Point. 2. The Hard Disk Drive in which the Operating system installed would have Bad Sectors

There are many reasons that Windows wont load Safe Mode. The first can be actual hardware problems. Be sure to remove any unneeded USB devices, or other extra hardware. Second, you may have a driver issue. If you have a Recovery CD, you can boot to it, and do a 'Repair' install. This will generally backup you data, and reinstall.
