The most common reason that an engine will not turn over is the battery. Check your battery cables for good connection and signs of wear or corrosion. Clean and reconnect.

This could be due to a number of issues. Usually you start with testing the battery. If the battery is fine, you should have the starter tested. If the starter turns out fine, make sure all connections to the battery are working correctly.

The first thing to check is the battery, it's connections and overall age. If the connections are green and fuzzy, clean them up and use water with baking soda to neutralize any acid. Use a volt meter to make sure it has a full charge. Next is to check the starter connections and grounding at the transmission.

The most common cause for a car engine to not turn over is that the battery has discharged. Check the battery to make sure that it is holding a charge.

Well probably you have a dead battery, a blown fuse, or a bad starter. Without looking at the car or knowing it's history I can say which one exactly.

try checking the starter relay on it or the neutral safety switch. if that doesn't work then try testing the battery to see if its drained.

It could be anything from the starter to the battery, you will have to take it in to have it checked out. You need to have it checked by a professional.
