You can have water collecting inside your fridge for a variety of reasons. But the most likely, and thankfully least expensive, reason is simply that you have the appliance set at too low of a temperature. The warm air that enters when you open the door is condensing and pooling inside.

There are coils behind your fridge that are used to remove heat from inside of your fridge. These coils can get warm and gather condensation.

The water inside the fridge is due to condensation. The water at the back of the fridge is the defrost water which passes through the defrost drain at the back control panel and gets collected to the bottom drain pan. If there is a ice blocking your defrost drain the water will be collecting inside.

There is probably something wrong with the defrost cycle in the frig. Or maybe something spilled. Either way call a repairman and have it looked into. If it's the freezer, maybe it's not keeping the food in the freezer frozen at a safe level.

A puddle of water is an indication that you could have a bad door gasket that is allowing condensation to form. Try closing the door on a dollar bill at various locations, it should be difficult to slide out. If you have an icemaker, it could be leaking.
