It's difficult because it's change! Everyone struggles with change. Your body is changing. Your responsibilities at home and at school are changing. Even what you think about changes. You are starting to make your own opinions and want to establish yourself as a young adult. You'll get through it!

A developing preteen has growth changes that affect their mental and physical state. This can cause moods and physcial clumsiness. These changes should settles down as the growth nears completion but this can take a few years. Meanwhile teens and preteens go through unpleasant behavior and unpredictable times that can seem to go on forever. A stable parent helps this.
