Has the condition just started recently? Has anything in the house changed recently? Changes to laundry soap, shampoo, hand soap are all frequent contributors to allergic reactions such as this. Maybe the child has developed an allergy to fragrance or dyes in the same products. Try a "free and clear" product. Doctor or dermatologist visit is advised if needed.

First of all I'm a mom he might be experiencing excema or some kind of fungis infection. There are many different creams u can buy or go to the dermataligist to deal with this. It could be serious. I would have him checked out by a dr very soon. Good luck to you.

My fingers and toes do that all the time. It could be that he is getting callouses or blisters of some kind.
