There is an artery in your stomach area that will pulse when pressed on because it is linked to heart,thats why you can feel your pulse beat in stomach area.

If this question is for a pregnancy women it may be a baby's heart beat. Other peoples,occasionally peoples may have dilation in the major valve aorta leaving the heart. Future it may lead to the heart diseases. Better to consult a physician to avoid major problem. Follow up medication is must.

Pulse in the stomach might be due to bloating of your stomach due to some GI tract or digestive tract problems.

The aorta, a big important blood vessel, travels down the stomach area. If you press on it, you can feel the pulse. This is not abnormal especially in thin individuals.
