Something is blocking the flow of cold air from getting around your house. A vent somewhere is most likely blocked. There might be problem with air conditioner's cooling system.

The reason your air conditioner may be running but not cooling is usually caused by a low freon level. A low freon level also can cause pipe sweating or icing.

It is likly that the air conditioning system's heat exchanger has frozen up. You should be able to turn the system off for a few hours to thaw. After this, turn it back on and it shold blow cool air.

It sounds like your Freon level is low. If you run the AC for long without enough freon, you will damage the unit.

there might be problem with air conditioner's cooling system. Please have a check over your air conditioner with a good mechanic. or there might not be any proper air circulation with the conditioner. Check for any dust or dusts inside the filter compartment. Have a frequent service of your air conditioner
