Why is 3:00 am the "witching hour"?

Whereas, 3:00PM is considered the miracle hour for Christians 3:00AM is a mockery of 3:00PM and thereof considered the Witching hour (or hour of the devil). There really isn't much history behind where this originated however, it is known by most Christians to be accurate. It is more or less based on the idea "Nothing Christian happens after midnight".

3:00am in the morning is known as "Dead time", the "Witching hour", or other titles. This is because 3:00 am is actually the given time for the increase of paranormal activity and demonic activity.
