Why does the text disappear when I'm scrolling in Microsoft Word?

This may be just because the screen is not refreshing fast enough. If you have many other programs open, try to close all those you dont need and see if this problem persists. In general, although you may not be able to see the text, it will still be there... so I dont think you need to worry too much.

Generally, when your text disappears, it is either caused by your processor being unable to render fast enough, or your hard drive having bad sectors.

It could be that your computer is slow, because if you wait a little bit and rescroll your test would still be there
