Getting a bigger cage could be the first step. Provide adequate food and water by use of a bowl and misting plants in the cage. Provide zoocal supplement powder to put on crickets or food you are using. Also Rankin dragons are similar to bearded dragons and they are a smaller ancestor.

If you are talking about a Iris, be sure that some part of the bulb is above ground. The blul need the sun to grow. Do this in the early fall and see how it comes up next year.

Check that the food/nutrients are correct, right temperature and proper lighting. Calcium and vit D3 deficiencies can cause stunted growth also. Please check a manual for specific instructions.

This problem will occur if their are calcium and/or vitamin D3 deficiencies in the diet. Make sure the dragon has proper lighting and a proper diet.

If you are properly taking care of the plant I would say you most likely may have a dwarf variety.

Most cases of stunted growth are caused by improper supplimentation. Other causes can also be poor light, poor diet, to small of a habitat tank. Ensure that the tank has the proper low, basking, and high temperatures all within the proper range for that area of the tank, over all the tank should be no lower than 70 degrees.

The bearded dragon is very slow growing. If you have only had it for a short while you may need to just wait it out.

It could be anything. You need to go to a nursery and ask them questions they may know. Or get a book about the plant that might help you out. Or you can go online and find the answer to that question. But I'd go to the plant store first.
