Restaurants hire dish washers in order to get the hard to get stuff off of the dishes. Also they are used to bus tables and empty and load dishwashers in manay restaurants.
Restaurants need dish washers because before placing in the electric machine the dishes must be scraped and rinsed so that they may be sanitized by the machine.
