Why do people drink Bud Light?

Honestly, i don't know. there are much better beers for only a little more money. It is surprising how popular such a mediocre beer can be... maybe it's all the compelling marketing that Anheuser-Busch puts out.

I guess most people just want something mild, inoffensive, and easy drinking, instead of a strong and flavorful real beer.

Because stupid people watch their commercials and think that makes them manly or cool. Same idea with Miller Light, which also sucks.

Most people drink Bud Light beer because they want to drink more and it offers a lower caloric intake than most other beers.

People drink Bud Light because they like beer, but they don't like the high number of calories found in most beers. Budweiser is a very popular brand worldwide, and has a prized, instantly recognizable taste. When weight consciousness increased in the 1980's, the company was one of the first to recognize the market for a calorie-reduced beer.

I used to be a waitress/bartender and I remember thinking it would be easier if they all drank Bud light, then there would be no mixed drinks. They have a good marketing strategy and I found it was always the most popular beer when I was a server. And it tastes good.
