Why do I keep dating emotionally detached men?

Something in you must seek them out. Perhaps you mistake detachment for strength. You should consciously try to look for something different in choosing a date.

At the beginning, the calm and cool type is very attractive. But the more you get to know a person, the coolness in social situations also turns into coldness at home. Branch out into different situations to get to know a new kind of person!

Is there abuse in your family of origin? Are you too "clingy"? Do you value yourself? I know that's more questions than answers but ask yourself those things.

Because you aren't picking the guys you get involved with based on emotional involvement. The next time you start to date a guy, figure out if he's detached first.
