Echoling is vague. Ears can ring for two reasons. One, silence, this is a phantom sound that your mind creates when in silence as it is trying to pick up sounds. Two, tinnitus, or your ears ringing becuase they have been damaged by lound noises.

Most probably it may be because of some allergies or infections. Your eustachian tubes may be affected. Eustachian tubes help equalise pressure in ears. An infection or swelling in these tubes may cause an echoing in ears. Immediately consult your doctor

Echoing in your ears can be caused by several different things. The main culprit of the echoing is however, water in the ear. In the event that you have an ear infection and/or there is fluid build up behind the drum this may also be quite common. If you have other symptoms, you may want to get your hearing checked.
