It may be a sensitivity reaction to an allergen or an irritant material , so make sure to avoid any contact with new materials that you though are the cause .

This can be a sign of chicken pox or it could mean you have an allergy you dont know about check if you have a new lotion or the like.

I hade the same probleme as you . And I ask some people and they told me that it must be a food infection .
