This is a sign of a urinary tract infection or kidney infection or other pelvic area infection. You can have an infection without a fever. See a doctor for testing and diagnosis.

It could be due to several reasons: bladder infection, kidney stones, hernia, or if you are female an ovarian cyst. A possible but unlikely cause could be due to the early stages of appendicitis. Definitely consult a doctor immediately and they will most likely do an ultrasound to investigate further.

It could be lots of reasons, a bladder infection, or something much more serious. If you are a woman it could be a sign of an ovarian cyst or endomeriosis. If this continues you should see a doctor.
