It might be due to sinus instead of dental pain. There's also a condition called Eagle's Syndrome, where you feel jaw pain that increases when you bend your head forward.

It is possible that you have an abcessed tooth. When changing positions, the tooth nerve endings are pressed causing pain.

I think you will find the pain you are experiencing is caused from sinusitis or sinus headache not dental pain.
