Why can't I send email from my phone?

the phone is a basic model with Wap 1.2 version.It does not have the inbuilt setting for configuring a email account with any server. Hence its is not possible.

Your best bet is to get your service provider on the phone (not your cell phone), and try to walk through the process to see if the problem can be identified. I could be a connection problem that is easily remedied.

Maybe your data plan or the phone itself does not allow for the sending of email. Contact your service provider and inform them of your situation.

This is because your model of cellphone does not support a web browser option. You would have to get another phone.
