Why can I not see my email in outlook?

One reason why a person might not be able to view their email in outlook is if that person has not completed the process of configuring the program on to their computer(note that having outlook downloaded on to a computer is not the same as having it configured). Once configuration is complete, email can be accessed(and seen).

Assuming that you have email and that it has not been deleted then the most common cause of this issue would be that you have the wrong folder open inside outlook. Look to the right and make sure that Inbox is selected.

Are you looking for an email in the sent items? It's possible that it has not yet been sent. Press the send/receive button which may push the email through.
