New brakes can be squealing can be from bad brake pads, anti rattling clips, or even one of the calipers could be loose. You could also have glazed pads or rotors lack of pad insulation. Lastly could be an incorrect rotor surface cut.

The most likely reason the new brakes are squealing is because the brake pads are metallic. They contain small bits of metal in the pad, and when the pad contacts the disc, the metal to metal friction causes them to squeal. It's perfectly normal for this to occur.

Odds are that you are in need of new pads\shoes. It is always important to get them checked as soon as posible it could lead to major damage

This could be cause by your brakes not being properly seated or pads without out vibration clips installed. Make sure you followed proper break-in procedure and see if that help. If not check that your pads are installed correctly with the right hardware. Also make sure nothing is loose in the brake system and is rubbing the rotor.

Your new brakes will squeak for a little while because they are breaking in. If possible remove your wheels and add some break in lubricant, readily available at your local parts store, and apply to all of the newly installed brake pads. Once they break in the squeaking should stop.
