You may have a problem with your blood sugar, eating some watermelon before going to bed at night. The natural sugar from the fruit will keep your sugar levels at a more level state during sleep. Have some orange juice upon waking. Seek medical attention if symptoms persist.

Shakiness in the morning is your body talking to you. It is usually a sign of low blood sugar. This means your carbohydrate levels in your blood are insufficient. This requires a doctor's exam to determine the cause.

You probably are shaky because you need to eat something! People who do not eat breakfast in the morning and drink coffee especially tend to shake a lot since coffee is an addiction.
