Why am I shaking every day when waking up?

it is possible that could be an indication of low blood sugar and you may just need something to eat especially if you go 12 hours or more without eating.

One thing to be considered is if you might have a sleep apnea, with shaking upon being awakened by a severe apnea, or period of not breathing. It will require a sleep study. Also, you should be sure and have your blood sugar level checked by your doctor to determine if a drop is triggering it.

Do you drink a lot of alcohol? People that drink a lot of alcohol tend to wake up with "the shakes" because their body is now dependent on alcohol. You could be shaking when you wake up also because your body is cold!
