This is simply a result of the stretching of your uterus - which is related to round ligament pain. When you cough, all sorts of muscles are moving, including those that are holding the uterus up, including vaginal muscles.

If you are having any vaginal discomfort you should get to or call a doctor to make sure everything is going okay. If you start bleeding or spotting go straight to the emergency room. Everything could be just fine you never know. It's always better to be safe than sorry.
