Noah had 16 grandsons. From his son Shem: there were Elam, Asshur, Arpachshad, Lud, and Aram. From Japheth: Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras. And from Ham: Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan. Canaan was probably the most famous, ancestor of the cursed Canaanites (see Genesis 9).

Noah had several grandsons whose names are listed in Genesis 10. However, the only one we learn about is Canaan, who is cursed by his grandfather in Genesis 9 because of the actions of his father, Ham. Canaan and his descendents are to be slaves.
