On your manufacturer website there should be information on certified repair technicians. I would only take the television to a certified repair tech. Today's modern televisions are very difficult to work on without specialized training.

You should talk to someone who is an expert in the field. You can either take the tv to a place like Best Buy that does repairs or you can look on craigslist to try to find someone who will be able to help you for a cheaper price as taking it to a store often entails a consultation fee.
