You should report any problems you have with co-workers to your human resources department. Also, it will be helpful if you can document the issues you've had.

If it is a simple personality conflict or a destructive or vindictive person, discuss it with your supervisor. You can also discuss it with the human resources department.

First and foremost do your best to resolve the matter on your own. Approach your co-worker and tell him what is troubling you. If you cannot clear things up in this manner, then take it to your manager or to human resources for resolution. Whatever you do, do not discuss it with others and start harmful gossip.
