Andrew, Bree's son, was the first character to be openly gay. Also, there are Bob and Lee, the gay couple of Wisteria Lane.

There are two gay neighbors but those are the only homosexual individuals on "Desperate Housewives." Gabriel stayed with the guy one time and I think that is the only time that you meet this character in the show. You see the second guy on the episode with the first guy, who Gabriel stayed with.
