Who makes the best simulator flight yoke?

CH Products has been known to make a very high quality yoke setup, however there are many manufacturers doing as such, and depending on what your needs are, you may want to research several company's before investing a lot of money into your own setup.

Two companies who make yokes are Saitek and CH Products. The ones from CH may be more expensive than some others but get great reviews. CH apparently has an excellent support forum where you can get help or more information. Users say that the product lasts years with no problems and feel very much like flying a real plane.
