My personal experience i think in a electric roasting pan i would go with. Mauviel is the manufacter of this product it's a great product but is costly.

i belive the best is genral electric because it is the best compnay in the world with the hgihest qiality and one of the best in the world . i would buy a rosting pan that is great and that you can easily work with. One of thoise rosting pans can last you an entire life.
