Lina Medina, a peruan girl, gave birthday to Gerardo in 1939 when she was just five years old. She never told anybody who was the father of her son. And until today she is the youngest mother in medical history.

Lina Medina, age 5 years, seven months, and twenty one days. Gave birth via c section in Lima, Peru. May 14, 1939. She was first admitted to a hospital for what was believed to be a large abdominal tumor. Only to be revealed that she was indeed pregnant. The father of the child was never identified.
