It is likely that the most education does not necessarily equal the most fame. Therefore, we may have no idea who this person is. While the leaders of NASA and the councilors and consultants of the current presidential administration are certainly learned, it is more likely that the most educated man in America is a complete unknown.

It is impossible to ascertain with any degree of accuracy who the most educated man in America is. As there is no way of discovering how much of a non formal education a person has received. An assiduous reader may have educated himself or herself more than any Ivy League institution.
