The fattest person in the world is Manuel Uribe Garza, and he lives in Mexico. He used to weigh 1225 pounds but in 2006 he lost 900 or more pounds on a diet called the zone diet. He plans to get his weigh down to 200 pounds, but still remains the fattest person in the world.
