Enoch Wedgwood is the founder of a pottery company called Wedgwood & Co. The company was founded in 1860 in Turnstall, Stoke-on-Trent. The company still exists today, but with a different name. It was renamed Unicorn Pottery in 1980. Old Wedgwood pieces are considered valuable antiques today. Wedgwood was also the cousin to another famous potter (another Wedgwood).

Enoch Wedgwood was an English potter born in 1813. He founded the pottery firm known as Wedgwood & Co., known today as Unicorn Pottery. He married Jane Mattinson in 1837, with whom he had four children. All of their children died in infancy. Enoch Wedgwood died in 1879, just one year before his wife.
