Growing up I always thought Peggy Bundy from Married with Children was really cool and was the kinda mom I would want.

My favorite mother is the one from everybody loves raymond. She's the cutest old lady i've ever seen, and shes a great comedian. That whole show is filled with great comedic talent.

I really liked Laura from the Dick Van Dyke Show, as played by Mary Tyler Moore. Also the mom from Home Improvement was very likable - a great contrast to Tim Taylor.
