Should I believe my teacher when she says I am her favorite?

She might say that because of the quality of work you produce or your good attitude. Take it as a compliment and keep up the good work!

There are two ways to look at this. If your teacher is mostly honest then well I would believe her. If you think that she lies a lot, well then probably not. I used to teach and well I don't think I would ever tell my favorite student that they were my favorite.
