I think you might mean TMNT, not TNMT. TMNT is abriviated name for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. A popular Saturday morning cartoon for kids for a long while, has spawned many video games across several consoles and several full length feature films, including a recent 3d update that is currently on dvd.

TMNT is actually an acronym for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. They are essentially a crime fighting team who are the result of an accidental leakage of a toxin into the sewage system in which they lived as baby turtles at the time. They were trained by a rat named Splinter who trained them in the ways of martial arts
