Major League Baseball has only recorded 52 instances of a player hitting two home runs in a single inning. Philadelphia Phillie Von Hayes hit two homers in the first inning on June 11, 1985. Andy Seminick did in June 1, 1949, but it was in the eighth inning.

According to the records I can find, only one member of the Phillies has completed this task. The answer is Von Hayes, he hit the home runs June 11, 1985.
