There are several industrial sewing machines that offer a blind stitch function - Consew, Rex, Gemsy, etc. Many better machines that are affordable and common for use in the home have a blind stitch or blind hem function as well. Just look in your manual for more information.

For a sewing machine to do a blind hem stitch it needs to include a blind stitch among its stitch selections. You also need a blind stitch presser foot. Most machines do not come with this presser foot but they can be purchased.
