The Edlebrock carburetors are a little easier to work on without removing the entire carburetor from the manifold. Both are excellent Carburetors but the Edlebrocks seem to be easier to tune and change internal components on the fly. For sheer power though there isn't a replacement for a Holley double pumper.

When it comes to cars, there are no better parts. When selecting a carburetor it just comes down to preference. If you want you can use a search engine to find out as much as you can about the specific size carburetor you want. After this research make your choice from there. Make sure you use multiple sources for research.

Well it really depends on the application. Both companies sell a good selection of carburetors. I would personally go with a Holley just because the are generally cheaper and there are a lot out there. I have had good experiences with them in the past.
