Mary, the mother of Jesus, was from Nazareth, and presumably was born there. There is no record of her birth certificate (even the exact date of her birth is unknown).
Mary, being at worst a fictional character and at best a composite of several persons probably wouldn't have one, even if you could find something from an ancient Roman colony.
