Where should I plant bushes?

That all depends on how big the shrubs are going to get when they are full grown you have to leave enough room to branch out.

Far too often people plant bushes too close to the house. Check with the label to see the mature size of the bush and plant for that. Also, remember that planting bushes near the home draws wood eating insects - if you have wood siding, you may be attracting pests to your home.
