I used to buy my Ultima cosmetics at either CVS or Walgreens. You can purchase Ultima online. Simply google Ultima Cosmetics. You will find sites that carry the brand.
I would check Macy's. You can also find them on amazon, or ebay. If you use those two just make sure they are not open when you get them. You might even try yahoo shopping. You can also check froogle as well, they will find every online distributer for you in one search.
After searching, I did not find a brick and mortar store that these cosmetics are sold in. However, I did find beauty sites on the internet that sell them. You may want to try searching on the internet.
