Where is it written that Christ came to comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable?

No, I do not think this is part of the Bible. However, it might be that it was written by someone who was explaining Christ's mission on Earth. He certainly comforted the afflicted.

well,this is what i know in isaiah 61 v 1-The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, Because the LORD has anointed me To bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to captives And freedom to prisoners; This is from the new american standard bible.
