The spark plugs are located under a "colored" (i.e. black) plate on top of the engine. Simply, remove the six screws to view spark plugs.

On the right hand side of the engine if you are facing the front of the car, they are under a small cover.

They'll be in the head somewhere, perhaps under one of those plastic covers manufacturers put on engines these days. Follow the spark plug wires, there should be 4 of them. They're rather thick. They might be recessed quite deep in the engine because of the construction of the head. Your owners manual might have a diagram of the engine bay.

Look for 4 thick, identical wires leading to the cylinder head that seem to plug into "nothing". Gently pulling one of these wires off will reveal the first of four spark plugs.

Generally, spark plugs are located just at the lower side of the engine's top cover. The side that faces the firewall. Just follow the four electrical cables.

Not know the year I can't say for sure where they are. The should be located on top of the engine. They will be located under neath the ignition module. The module will need to be removed before you will be able to access the plugs. Which will probably be pretty far down in the valve cover.
