It comes from a song titled "Believe", written by Erwin Drake, Irvin Graham, Jimmy Shirl and Al Stillman. It has been performed by a wide number of artists, like Frankie Laine, The Bacherlors or Frank Sinatra. Complete lyrics could be found searching for that sentence and "lyrics" on Google or other search engines.

That's the first line from the inspirational hit "I Believe." Jane Froman commissioned the songwriting team Drake, Graham, Shirl, and Stillman to give her a song that would give people hope. She introduced it on her tv show and Frankie Lane popularized it a year later in 1953.

This line is from a song named "I believe" sung by various artists. A number of artists recorded the song, including Elvis Presley. The most well-known version is probably the one by Frankie Laine, which charted at #2 in 1953. The Lettermen did another version of the song in the late 1960s.
