Make a plan. Decide where you want to move to and then draw up a detailed plan that includes clearing out the old place and paring down possessions.

For starters I would start visiting places that I have some interest in. Then I would see what kind of jobs and housing are located in that area.

You need to start by packing your things. Moving Companies need to know how many boxes you have to quote you. Call the moving company or van rental place and set up a date to rent the Van. You need to get your address switched at the Post Office so they send your mail to your new address.
