If you google "penpals for kids" there are many sites that are available. I would make sure they are legit when searching. One site that I discovered was "" If you search, there are plenty of sites available to choose from. I would suggest looking for sites linked to schools or teaching.

The best place to check with your local Red Cross, or your local post office. You can always check online but in person is best. This way you get more personalized information. However, if you are more comfortable checking on line try the above on there websites. Also another would be your local library.

A good place to find a paypal would be an internet site. Pen pal World I have used and others I know said it is a secure site. try this site and I think you will be happy with it. I did ask around and this is what I was told.
